My niece got married a couple weeks ago and she’s been emailing me some of the pics. I got this one last night and really love it. I think it just shows how happy and relaxed Jayden and I were that day. Can ya tell she’s my girl??

Married and Dating??
Yes..it’s almost 11:30pm. Yes I’ve been up since 5am. And yes I’m completely exhausted but here I sit….writing another blog. I just cant sleep yet…still in that winding down phase. I think somewhere it says you should avoid electronics and such when your trying to get ready for sleep but sometimes i think my computer puts me to sleep. Besides, may as well squeeze one more thing in today…as if I haven’t done enough already.
Anyways, an interesting thing came up at work and it’s popped into my mind off and on all day. I found out that someone I work with is technically dating guys even though she’s married with 2 kids. And no, she’s not seperated from her husband. not in the legal sense anyways. He is though out of state in training and soon to be deployed to Iraq for a year.
Needless to say I’m a bit shocked. And not even really because she’s doing it. But b/c in the last year this is the 3rd time!! I don’t get it. I really don’t understand how people do these things. Probably one reason I’m not all that thrilled about actually getting married. Who even stays faithful these days. And so many see divorce as an option to ge tout if things just aren’t working for them. What ever happened to MAKING it work??
Your going to think this part is funny though. Here I am a single, very much available woman. I like to think I’m intelligent, funny, stable, well rounded, etc. Yet I can’t seem to manage a normal healthy relationship to save my life. In some ways I can barely hold a guys interest. Yet, here is someone who is married and seems to have no problem with it! Part of me whats to tell her to back off the fish pond here. She made her choice she needs to stick with it. Just cause there are other fish in the sea doesn’t mean you get to be greedy. LOL
Oh well…one day.
